Terms and Conditions for Intuitive Readings (online, phone or in person):

By booking and participating in an intuitive reading, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

​

1. Nature of the Reading

Intuitive readings are designed to offer insight, guidance, and perspective. During a reading, the reader may tune into your energy and the energy surrounding your current life circumstances, past or future.

​

Please note that when a reader tunes into a person’s energy, information may also come through about other people connected to that person’s energetic field. This can occasionally create confusion during the reading.

​

2. Symbolic Information

At times, signs, symbols, messages, or impressions received during a reading may not make sense to you immediately. In some cases, their meaning may become clear later.

​

3. Booking Approval, Payment, and Session Access

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or requests to reschedule.

​

Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an invoice. Payment must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your session. If payment is not received in advance of the scheduled service, the session will be automatically cancelled.

​

Once your booking request has been approved, you will also receive the Zoom link for your appointment, unless you booked at a live event.

​

4. Payment for Time

Readers charge for their time, presence, and intuitive service.

​

If the messages coming through in the first five minutes of the reading are not resonating with you, let me know immediately and the reading will be stopped. In that case, your money will be refunded immediately.

​

However, if you choose to continue with the reading beyond the first five minutes, it is understood that you accept the reading as underway and agree to pay the full amount of the session and forfeit your right to a refund.

5. Type of Messages Received

You will receive the messages you are meant to hear, which may not always be the same as what you want to hear. Hopefully, those two align.

All messages are delivered with the highest intention and with unconditional kindness, compassion, and respect.

6. Free Will and Personal Responsibility

Readers perceive potentials, possibilities, and energetic patterns. Nothing is ever cast in stone. You always have free will and the ability to make your own choices regarding your life, relationships, decisions, and soul path.

​

7. Reading Focus

If you would like your reading to focus specifically on mediumship, medical mediumship, psychic insight, or a general “let it flow” session, please state this clearly at the beginning of the reading so that time is used effectively.

 

You will have an opportunity to ask clarification questions during the final part of the reading.

​

8. Entertainment Purposes Only

All readings are provided for entertainment purposes only. They are not intended to replace assessment, diagnosis, treatment, advice, or care from a qualified professional in any field, including but not limited to medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, real estate or relationship matters.

9. Health and Mental Health Disclaimer

I do not recommend that individuals who have been diagnosed with a complicated or complex mental health condition seek to develop their intuition through this work.

 

If you have been diagnosed with a complicated or complex mental health condition, and/or have a tendency to take things personally or misinterpret information, please do not seek the services of a psychic or medium for a reading. Instead, please continue working with your licensed mental health provider.

10. Client Responsibility

By participating in a reading, you accept full responsibility for how you interpret and use the information shared. Any decisions or actions you take following a reading are your sole responsibility.

11. Agreement

By booking, paying for, or participating in a reading, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions in full.
