I’m Gaby Pineda, Creator of The Natural Anxiety Solution.

My mission is to empower my clients to live their authentic life fearlessly.

Many of my clients are also intuitive...

I’ve been psychic for as long as I can remember and realized I could speak to spirits after my grandmother’s passing in 2005.

​

As a child, I often saw events before they happened in dreams or as flash-like movies in front of me.

​

My gifts have expanded over the years and include psychic abilities (seeing a person's past, including past lives, present and/or future or foreseeing events), clairvoyance (receiving information from people, objects, places, images, food, etc.) clairsentience (senses, feelings, emotions), clairaudience (communicating with spirits and helping them cross-over), claircognizance (knowing information without prior exposure to it), telekinesis (the manipulation of matter with energy), medical mediumship, energy healing (beyond Reiki) and more.

I read energy fields by just sharing the same space as a client, by looking at a picture, or walking into a room, without the need for tools, such as palm reading, coffee/tea leaf reading, tarot/oracle cards, etc. However, I’ve found that the tools help clients relax, so their energy field is more open to a reading.

 

I never planned to become a professional reader. In fact, I resisted it for a long time, but once I let go of fears, preconceived notions, limiting beliefs and fear of judgement, I surrendered to my path.

Why do I focus on helping women overcome anxiety?

​

I've been there. I've been the people-pleaser...

​

I too, had the thoughts and beliefs going through my head that kept me from living the life I knew I deserved:

• "Who do you think you are?"

• "You don't know enough"

• "You don't belong in this boardroom"

• "Who's going to want you?"

• "What makes you think this will work?"

I was so afraid of failing and disappointing, that I kept myself hidden away, out of sight, out of mind.

 

But part of me desperately wanted to command respect

and feel great about being in the spotlight, be seen and heard.

I just didn't know how to do it.

​​

I did the therapy thing, but it only took me so far. ​Every time I wanted to make significant changes, I went back to old behaviors.

​​
