Every 7-10 years each of us goes through an existential crisis. Our likes and dislikes have changed, even our bodies have changed.

Who This Is For

This space is designed for men who are used to holding it together.

Many participants are:

  • executives and leaders navigating constant responsibility

  • athletes or high performers accustomed to pushing through

  • men moving through divorce or significant life transitions

  • men who feel successful—but internally unsettled or disconnected

You may feel:

  • mentally overloaded or constantly “on”

  • emotionally shut down or unsure how to process what you feel

  • pressure to keep going, even when something feels off

  • a quiet sense that you’ve lost connection with yourself

WHO IS THIS JOURNEY NOT GEARED TOWARDS?

 

Anyone diagnosed with a complicated mental health condition, such as:

​

  • Bipolar disorder

  • Psychosis (including alcohol or drug-induced psychosis)

  • Schizophrenia

  • Severe mood disorder(s)

  • Dementia

  • Paranoia

  • Suicidal Tendencies

  • Borderline Personality Disorder

  • Dissociative Identity Disorder

  • Other Pathological Personality Disorders

  • Recent Heart Surgery/Heart attack/Stroke

This is a small, private container of 24 men.

​

Not a crowd.

Not a performance.

​

A calm, confidential space where you can:

There is no expectation to share everything.

 

There is no force.

 

You are met where you are.

Do I need to be “good at talking about emotions”?

Not at all. This space is designed for men who are new to this kind of work.

Is there pressure to share?

No. You participate at your own pace.

​

Is this therapy?

No. This is a guided coaching experience focused on awareness, integration, and growth. If you're looking for talk therapy, this is not the right experience for you.

​

What if I’ve never done anything like this?

Hi, I'm Gaby Pineda, author, speaker, empowerment coach, and spiritual mentor. My work bridges the worlds of neuroscience, healing, and higher consciousness.
