​Do I have to stop before joining?
Although this program is designed to help you prepare, commit, and move through the cessation process with support, I do request that you make an effort on your own before the discovery session. You need to be 100% committed to stopping. Not 99%.

What if I’ve tried to quit before and failed?
That’s exactly why this program exists. Many people have tried before. This time, you’ll have a deeper process, better tools, and ongoing support.

Is this for both smoking and vaping?
Yes. The principles inside this journey support nicotine habit change for both smoking (cigarettes and alternatives) and vaping.
​
Is this a medical program?
No. Breathe Free is a coaching-based support program focused on transformational shifts, mindset, habits, and accountability. It does not replace medical care.
​
Is this covered by my extended health insurance?
If you have a flex benefit program, it may; however, you'll have to check with your insurance company first.

How is the program delivered?
Everything is online, so you can access the program from anywhere.
